Food in Spain

The thing I really have to get used to is how they prepare food and at what time they eat.

Of course i understand that because of the climate, people go to work at 9 or 10 o'clock, have a siesta between 1 and 3, and work till 8 o 'clock. Then come home, have a drink and start cooking.
So normally we eat at 22.00, so in the morning your not hungry at all cause your still processing the food from the night before. They tend to go to bed between 1 and 2 o'clock, but i would also if i have to get up around 8 or 9 to go to my work.

Yesterday i went to Madrid to have a drink and some tapas with Wuendy. As an entrada we had some snails, and then i wanted to eat calamari but i got a fake different kind of calamari, so i ate half my plate. Wuendy ate courgette & aubergine, which was more nicer.
But i still have to get used to the fact that they put half a bottle of olive oil in your food. So your vegetables are dripping with oil!! Yech!

Any way, had a good time. To bad the last bus to Villanueva del Pardillio leaves at 23.00, so i couldn't stay long, maybe today we go out for a dance in Madrid.
